Service Terms and Conditions

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Final pricing may vary based on actual work required
• Diagnostic fees apply to assessment services
• Diagnostic fees are credited toward approved repair work
• Emergency service rates apply for after-hours calls

Work Authorization

• Written authorization required before beginning work

• Customer responsible for costs of unauthorized work if requested

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure RV is accessible for service
• Remove personal items from work areas
• Provide utility hookups for mobile service
• Pay for services as agreed
• Follow maintenance recommendations

Safety and Compliance

• All work performed to industry standards
• Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Safety protocols followed at all times
• Right to stop work for unsafe conditions
• Customer responsible for safe working environment

Dispute Resolution
